The project is over, but I thought I'd put up this last LUNAR launch at Robertson Park on the schedule for your information. It is the last chance you will have to launch at the Livermore site since LUNAR's special permit to launch there expires. Unfortunately, I will be out of town that weekend, so I cannot make it to this launch.

Rocket Building Tips
A few things we've discovered this year that helped us build better rockets.
LUNAR: Livermore Unit National Association of Rocketry
Huge local resource for rocketry. Our 4-H Rocketry Field Days that we have each spring happens at LUNAR launches, which have been at Robertson Park in Livermore (although they'll be leaving that venue this spring).
Estes Rockets
Almost everything to do with model rockets comes from Estes, including most of the kits you can find and the engines used in the class of model rockets we build. This site gives you a way to look at all the types of model rockets Estes makes, although some other sites provide more information and, as far as I can tell, you cannot buy rocketry stuff directly from Estes.
4-H Links
Alameda County Fair
You can find information about entering rockets in the fair by reading Rules and Judging Standards and searching for “rockets” to find the exceedingly brief description of how rocket entries are judged.
